Cancellation policy

A Safra subscription delivers one bottle every month at 15% off the single-bottle price, charged on each renewal date.

Pausing, skipping or cancelling

You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@sffrns.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. Changes made before a renewal date apply to that renewal; an order that has already shipped follows our refund policy.

Refunds

Every subscription order is covered by the same 60-day risk-free trial as a one-time order. If you don't see noticeable results within 60 days of delivery, return your order for a full refund.
